Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer backs star man Bruno Fernandes to break his goals record.

Fernandes has 26 goals so far this season for the Red Devils in all competitions.

His previous record is 32 with Sporting CP in Portugal, and he has stated his desire to match or beat that tally this term.

Asked if Fernandes can get there, Solskjaer told the club website: "I wouldn't put it past him!

"I'm sure Bruno will say this too, but it's not about individual accolades or awards or prizes, it's about the team getting to a final and being successful together.

"That's how we build this team and this club: by being a team."
