Real Madrid have put Raphael Varane up for sale.

The France defender is now inside the final 18 months of his current deal and has baulked at Real Madrid attempts to discuss new terms.

Varane would prefer to wait until the summer before considering negotiations, but Real Madrid have called his bluff, reports AS, and have made it known across Europe that they're listening to offers for the World Cup winner.

Real Madrid know at 27, Varane can go for a premium price and don't wish to risk seeing him run down his contract.

With Manchester United, PSG and Liverpool already in tentative contact, Real will seek at €70m to sell at the end of the season.
