Manchester United are being linked with AC Milan midfielder Ismael Bennacer.

Algerian media sources say the player is unhappy about losing his place in the Milan starting line-up to Frank Kessie and Sandro Tonali.

Old Trafford officials are thought to have spoken to their Milan counterparts about Bennacer.

Milan want £43million for Bennacer but may have to accept less given he has a year to run on his contract.

Bennacer is a former Arsenal youth teamer.
