Manchester United are unlikely to sign any new players before the transfer window closes on August 31.
Atletico Madrid midfielder Saul Niguez has again been linked with United this week.
But a deal for the 26-year-old is unlikely, according to Manchester Evening News.
In fact, the Red Devils are content with their current squad and do not feel the pressure to make moves before next Thursday.
They have already spent £116m this window on Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane.
Following the transfer of Varane, any more signings were dependent on players departing Old Trafford.
The club have since been unable to move the likes of Jesse Lingard, Phil Jones and Diogo Dalot, thus ending their chances of signing any new players.
Rennes midfielder Eduardo Camavinga has also been linked with United.
Club legend Gary Neville has called on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to sign striker Harry Kane, who wants to leave Tottenham.
