Manchester United defender Will Fish was delighted to make a winning Premier League debut in victory at Wolves.
As well as describing the call-up as a dream, Fish was keen to say he wanted to build on his debut with more senior involvement next season.
"It's a dream come true," he told MUTV.
"I've been at the club for 10 years now. Every day in training, you work hard and this is the reward that you get. I really enjoyed it.
"It's the sort of feeling that I've never had before. Nerves, a little bit, excitement, but when you're on the pitch it always goes away and you focus. It's a big day for me and my family. We're all big United fans.
"It's a little boost. Once you experience it once, you obviously want to go and do it again week after week. Next season it's something I want to experience again."
Reflecting on the five under-23 players who ended the game at Molineux, Fish said it was a special moment to share his big day with his academy teammates.
He said: "That's been our Under-23s team at times, so to all be on the pitch playing in the Premier League is wonderful.
“I think it's a great achievement for the club and the academy especially. We've trained together all year so to share this moment is great."
