Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer praised his midfield for victory over Newcastle United.
Solskjaer admits he paired Nemanja Matic and Fred at the base of his midfield for the first time for the 3-1 win.
The manager said, “Matic and Fred have never played together, today was the first time.
"But we have several injuries, so I'm grateful to have them."
Solskjaer also hopes to have Edinson Cavani available after he missed Sunday's win.
He added: "Edinson is not in shape yet and we cannot force the players to return too soon, we hope he can play on Thursday or maybe Sunday."
