Man Utd boss Rangnick: My style not far behind Klopp's | OneFootball

New Manchester United boss Ralf Rangnick says he'll need four weeks to get the players comfortable with his style of play.

Rangnick admits he wants to introduce an intense pressing game to the squad he's inherited.

He explained: "You have to be aware of what kind of players you have and what their position is. They are experienced and smart enough to know that, but I can't turn the players we have into pressing monsters right now.

"I want them to be ready in two, three or four weeks.

"My football is definitely not a slow waltz! I'm not that far behind Juergen Klopp in terms of our ideas about a style of football, that's no secret. This is the biggest club I've ever worked for, the biggest club. The greatest thing in the world is to celebrate the DNA that this club still has, but also to implement it in the transformation to modern football."
