Oscar Gloukh has attracted interest from numerous clubs this summer.

Man Utd, Arsenal, Man City and Tottenham are all interested in signing Israel Under-21 international Oscar Gloukh, according to reports.

Gloukh will face England in the European Under-21 Championships on Wednesday night with the winners sealing a place in the final of the tournament.

The 19-year-old moved to RB Salzburg in January for €7m from Israeli side Maccabi Tel Aviv with Gloukh already winning six senior caps for his national team too.

He starred at last summer’s European Under-19 Championship and scored one of his four goals at the tournament against England in a 3-1 loss to the Three Lions.

And now The Guardian claims that Premier League sides Man Utd, Arsenal, City and Tottenham ‘are among a large group of clubs who have shown an interest’ in the Israeli.

Barcelona, Villarreal, Milan and Monaco are also credited with an interest in the attacking midfielder and RB Salzburg’s sister club RB Leipzig ‘would also like to bring him to the German Bundesliga in future, although it is understood Gloukh would prefer to join a club in England or Spain’.

Gloukh’s father has already given his verdict on his son’s possible move to one of Europe’s big five leagues, he said: “I feel he is more ready than a couple of years ago to make the move to a big league. I see him as a player who can cope in Europe.

“I’m not saying he will have an easy life. He will have to compete with a lot of players for his place. (But) if it’s possible to leave, he will leave.

“He worked his hardest to get where he is. He practiced from a year old and worked with tears in his eyes. People asked me why I made life difficult for him and I said that, in time, he would go far. That was my intention. I just tell him to have fun and do what he knows. The sky is the limit.”

Former Israel international Gil Vermouth has claimed Gloukh is “something special”, he said before his move to Salzburg: “(Before the U19 Euros) I would have told him not to leave Maccabi Tel Aviv.

“Do another season and then leave. Now, I would recommend he leave.

“If a club signs him and invests in him and takes him on as a project, then there is a chance of success. Gloukh is something special. He needs to examine his options, sit down with his parents and coaches, and decide.”
