Premier League side Man Utd are looking into the possibility of signing former Liverpool midfielder Marko Grujic, according to reports.

The Serbia international spent a season on loan at Porto in the 2020-21 season before the Portuguese side made the deal permanent the following summer for £10.5m.

Grujic was short of playing time at Anfield with the 26-year-old only making eight Premier League appearances and spent loan spells at Cardiff City and Bundesliga outfit Hertha Berlin.

And now Serbian publication Telegraf insists Grujic could be returning to the Premier League in the near future with Man Utd taking an interest in the Serbian.

Grujic has become ‘one of the most important players’ at Porto this season and his performances have not gone ‘unnoticed’ by Europe’s elite.

The report adds that both Man Utd and AC Milan are ‘seriously inquiring about Grujic’ and that ‘contacts have already been established through intermediaries’.

In the summer transfer window Grujic ‘could change his environment and move to England or Italy’ with Porto set to ‘make significant money from the potential transfer’.

Another reported transfer target for Man Utd, Randal Kolo Muani, has revealed that he has “always dreamed of playing in big clubs” amid speculation he could leave Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer.

Reports have claimed that Man Utd and Liverpool are working on a deal for Kolo Muani this summer with an offer of around €120m required to land the France international.

The Red Devils are hoping to strengthen their strikeforce with Antony Martial injured a lot and on-loan centre-forward Wout Weghorst unlikely to be part of their long-term plans.

And when asked about his future while on international duty, Kolo Muani told L’Equipe: “We talk about it a lot already, but I try to be focused on my club. We continue our performances and we will see this summer. Afterwards, I always dreamed of playing in big clubs.”

On his rapid rise, Kolo Muani added: “I thought I was going to need some time to adapt, maybe a year. But everything exploded. Either way, I’m ready for any challenge.

“I ask the club to get me my statistics on my matches each time. I share this with my physical trainer to know what to improve.
