Manchester United star Bruno Fernandes surpassed Frank Lampard's Premier League record by scoring against Liverpool on Thursday night.
The Portugal international's deflected strike off Nat Phillips opened the scoring at Old Trafford.
Fernandes now has 28 goals to his name from 56 appearances across all competitions in 2020-21, which means he has scored more goals in a single season than any other Premier League midfielder in history.
The record was previously held by Chelsea legend Lampard which was set during the 2009/10 season.
