Heaven has had limited opportunities only making six appearances for the United first team.

Nonetheless, he has made an outstanding impression in the matches he has played and truthfully would have played much more if he had not picked up an injury against Leicester City in March.

The youngster has impressed United fans with his composure on the ball and silky style of defending. He has made such a good impact that he has already firmly established himself as a key member of the first team squad in just a matter of months.

United fans will be even happier with the news that he is seemingly taking nothing for granted as he has been spotted working with a personal coach.

The Daily Mail reporter, Nathan Salt, has posted an image on his X account of Heaven going through some video analysis with well-respected coach, Andy Mangan.

The Stockport County coach was heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid last summer, highlighting the reputation that he has in the game.

Salt posted on his account, “really interesting, this. Ayden Heaven doing some personal coaching/game study with coach Andy Mangan.”

“Players are ‘off’ but Heaven is busy working.”

With United seemingly focusing their squad rebuild in attacking areas, Heaven will surely be confident he can build on his success last season and claim a first team spot for himself.

Lisandro Martinez will miss the pre-season despite being ahead of schedule in his injury return. Therefore, Heaven may be the favourite to begin the new campaign as Ruben Amorim’s starting left centre back and he is clearly doing everything he can to make this a reality.
