It’s a pretty dull weekend of fixtures in the Premier League overall – so all eyes will be on Wembley at kick off 17.15 BST on Saturday.

The game is on TV Channels BBC One, BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website, with coverage starting half an hour before kick off. Injury news:

Chelsea’s season has been defined by injuries, unfortunately, and this weekend is no exception.

Let’s start with the good news – Ben Chilwell played as a sub on Monday night, and should be ready to play from the start if selected on Saturday. Malo Gusto played on Monday, but after a rest the week before, should be good to go.

Axel Disasi missed Monday’s big win over Everton with a slight injury, and while he is likely to be fit for this one, Mauricio Pochettino has a big decision to make over whether to break up the Trevoh Chalobah – Thiago Silva partnership that kept a clear sheet in that game.

Enzo Fernandez has a hernia issue, but will likely be risked given the importance of the game. Raheem Sterling has been ill, but should be back for this game.

What we can say for sure is that Wesley Fofana, Romeo Lavia, Lesley Ugochukwu, Christopher Nkunku and Reece James won’t be fit.

Levi Colwill looks like he’s almost back from a foot injury, but without any match fitness surely won’t be picked for this one. Carney Chukwuemeka should be available off the bench.

Man City are much fitter than us – John Stones is their only potential absence, and even he looks likely to be fit.

Head to head:

Chelsea are looking to reach the final for an incredible 6th time in 8 seasons, but to get there they must beat winning machine Man City, who won the trophy last year.

Our two games against them in the league this year have been thrillers, and Saturday will likely be no exception. Both teams have the potential to score plenty.

What we have to hope is that Man City’s battle for the Premier League title makes them take their eye off the ball in this one. They won this trophy last year, and will consider it a lower priority.

Their game going to extra time in the Champions League on Wednesday should mean they’re more tired than our players, too.

Predicted team:

Mauricio Pochettino will pick Djordje Petrovic in goal, with Malo Gusto at right back. On the left, we fancy Marc Cucurella to get the nod ahead of Chilwell, even though the England international is fit.

Trevoh Chalobah simply has to play in the middle, and we think Disasi will sit this one out, with Thiago Silva playing in a game he should be more comfortable in, with Chelsea able to sit deep.

In midfield, Enzo Fernandez will be risked despite his hernia, alongside Moises Caicedo and Conor Gallagher in our usual trio.

Up front, Cole Palmer is a certainty, as is Nicolas Jackson. The third slot is more of a mystery, after Noni Madueke and Mykhailo Mudryk’s inconsistent form. If Raheem Sterling is ready to play against his old club, we reckon he gets the chance.
