Manchester City are determined to keep hold of Taylor Harwood-Bellis.
Sky Sports says City are unlikely to allow promising young defender Harwood-Bellis to leave on loan this month, despite interest from Blackburn.

The 18 year-old was promoted to the first-team squad by Pep Guardiola at the beginning of last season, and recently signed a new four-year contract.
Although he's yet to make a Premier League appearance, Harwood-Bellis has started matches in both domestic cup competitions.
Blackburn are looking for defensive additions and were hoping their history of helping to develop young players would put them at the front of the queue for a loan deal this month.
