Italian club Torino have had their initial bid for young winger Ian Carlo Poveda rejected by Manchester City, according to TuttoMercatoWeb.

However, Torino are set to propose a second offer for the youngster, with Leeds United, Celtic, Sassuolo and Parma all still interested in bringing Poveda to their clubs.

Poveda has struggled to make an impact in the Manchester City first team after various appearances in the Carabao cup. He’s also been in and around senior squad training for over a year.

The January transfer window has seen Manchester City move a few of their youngsters between clubs to get more game time. Poveda looks like he is the latest in a long list of these youngsters.
