He told AS: "Guardiola is a born hard worker.
"An hour and a half before training, he is already in place. During breaks, Josep gives us directions more than shouts. He helps. Sometimes when we give in, I think, 'He'll raise his voice'. But no."
According to the midfielder, Guardiola pushes harder when things are going well than when things are going badly.
