Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has said he would be 'crazy' not to trust his players ahead of Wednesday's Champions League quarter-final with Borussia Dortmund.

City head to Germany for the second leg ahead 2-1 on aggregate.

They will have to regather their focus after falling to Leeds United on Saturday, and Guardiola has no doubts his team will respond.

"We have an opportunity tomorrow. It's a pleasure. And we are already the first team qualified for the Champions League," the Catalan asserted at his pre-match press conference.

"So now, 11 years in a row we will be in the Champions League. No team in the Premier League has ever done 11 in a row, that is fantastic.

"After 27 wins in 29 games, if i don't trust players we would have a big, big problem. I would be crazy."
