Man City fixtures for Premier League 2024-25 season: Chelsea on first day and easy run-in | OneFootball

The champions’ full schedule for the new top-flight campaign has been confirmed

Premier League champions Manchester City begin the new season with an opening-day trip to Chelsea before hosting newly-promoted Ipswich.

City made history last season by winning a fourth title on the trot, a feat never before managed in the English top flight. A new season begins and it could be Pep Guardiola’s final in charge, according to some reports, as he looks to win a remarkable fifth in a row.

Arsenal were again City’s main challengers last term and the first of their expected title bouts comes at the Etihad Stadium on matchday five, September 21, with the return in February.

The traditional festive period will see City meet Everton on Boxing Day.
