Kelly opened the scoring shortly into the second half, finishing expertly after the ball fell to her inside the United box.
Hemp sealed the victory and top spot with 20 minutes left, tapping home from less than a yard out.

Arsenal made easy work of second division Reading to confirm their top spot in Group D and passage into the knockout stages.
The winners of last year’s competition opened the scoring in the 23rd minute through Caitlin Foord, who continued her strong return from injury.
Two goals from Stina Blackstenius before the break ended the game as a contest before Laia Codina added a fourth early into the second half.
On an overall brilliant night for the Gunners, Leah Williamson made her return after nine months out in the last quarter of the game.
To cap things off, Beth Mead made it five before Blackstenius completed her hat-trick with six minutes to go.
