Manchester City are unlikely to sign both Harry Kane and Jack Grealish this summer.

City are confident of securing Grealish from Aston Villa for a British record £100 million.

A bid for that amount has gone in to Villa, and they believe the transfer should be wrapped up soon.

While manager Pep Guardiola also wants Tottenham striker and England captain Kane, the Manchester Evening News claims City cannot make the finances work if Grealish is also signed.

Spurs want a minimum of £150 million for Kane, which would put City's spending at £250 million on only two players.

Kane does want to sign for City, but may have to endure at least one more season with Spurs.
