Manchester City’s Premier League clash with Everton will now take place two-and-a-half weeks earlier than scheduled.
The Premier League champions’ trip to Goodison Park was originally due to take place on the weekend of 24 February but due to Pep Guardiola’s side’s participation in the EFL Cup final, the game has now been moved to Wednesday 6 February.

That means the game will now be sandwiched between City’s home fixtures against Arsenal and Chelsea.
The Toffees, meanwhile, are at home to Wolves on 2 February and away to Watford on the 9.
The Manchester derby – currently scheduled for 16 March – will also be moved to a later date if either Manchester club makes it through to the quarter-final of the FA Cup.
