A member of the attacking ranks at La Liga outfit RCD Mallorca is readying a concerted push to secure a move away from the club this summer.
That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who point towards Cyle Larin as the player in question.
Larin, for his part, is fresh off his 2nd season in the colours of Mallorca in 2024/25.
Over the course of the campaign, the Canadian racked up a respectable haul of seven goals and two assists in 32 La Liga appearances.
The general level of his performances, however, saw Larin come in for heavy criticism, in particular on the part of the Bermellones faithful.
And as much appears to have taken its toll on the attacker…
As per a report from MD, citing Radio Marca:
‘Larin has decided to end his time with the club this summer.’
The Mallorca brass are keen to find a permanent new home for the 30-year-old, to go at least some way towards recouping the €7.5 million they splashed out on his signature.
Larin himself, though, is working to convince the Son Moix board to allow him to depart on loan with an option to buy, potentially to another La Liga club.
