Mallorca booked their place in the Copa del Rey final after a penalty shootout win over Real Sociedad.
Scorers:Â GonzĂĄlez 50'; Oyazarabal 71'
The hosts spurned a chance to take an upper hand in the tie when Brais Méndez saw a late first-half penalty saved by Dominik Greif.
Giovanni GonzĂĄlez punished La Real just five minutes after the restart by opening the scoring with a bullet from Jaume Costa's cross to the far post.
But Mikel Oyazarabal restored parity within eight minutes of his introduction courtesy of a squeezed shot after being threaded through by Méndez.
Neither team managed to seal a winner in either normal time or an additional half-hour of play, leading to a winner-takes-all contest.
In the shootout, Oyarzabal was denied by Greif before Sergi Darder struck the decisive spot kick to send Javier Aguirre's side through.
Mallorca could face La Real's local rivals Athletic Club in the showpiece if they can overcome Atlético de Madrid in Thursday's other semi-final.
