Tottenham target Eduardo Camavinga provides an update on future

As reported by Football.london, Rennes’ 18-year-old midfield sensation Eduardo Camavinga has dropped a hint that he could be on his way out of the club, amid interest from a host of clubs including Tottenham.

The teenage midfielder burst onto the scenes towards the end of the 2018/19 campaign, but established himself as the one to watch out for in the last season, putting in some brilliant displays in the defensive midfield role, helping Rennes to a third-place finish in Ligue 1.

Camavinga will be entering the final year of his contract with Rennes next summer. And issuing an update on his future, the teenager has hinted that he could be on the move, claiming that he dreams of playing for a great club. (h/t Football.london)

“The great clubs make me dream, but I cannot name one in particular for my future. We’ll see [about a new deal at Rennes]. We haven’t set a date to discuss my future, I’m in no rush about it.”

A gifted young midfielder with a great future in front of him, Camavinga would be quite the coup for Tottenham.
