The world, his dog, her dog, his hamster and hers too are all awaiting Rangers’ CEO Patrick Stewart’s big signing announcement as cajoled by manager Philippe Clement recently.

“That’s something (budget and signings) that Patrick will address towards you guys. He wants to give that explanation what is the plan for January. If ever we saw gaslighting this is it – Clement completely removing himself from signing responsibility and dumping it all on Stewart by passing the buck.

We know historically that Clement doesn’t sign the players at his clubs, but he does have a big say, and by putting it this way, Clement appears to be relieving himself of all responsibility with budget and incomings.
