L’Équipe report that Lyon have reached an agreement with Tottenham Hotspur over the loan signing of midfielder Giovani Lo Celso, with the transfer now subject to the Argentine’s approval.
The 25-year-old has been the club’s priority to replace the outgoing Bruno Guimarães, who is set to complete his switch to Newcastle United.
Les Gones will take on half of the former Real Betis man’s wages, equivalent to €500,000 a month, in a deal which will not include a permanent option.
