Mahamadou Diawara (19) is looking increasingly likely to leave Olympique Lyonnais this January. After the submission of an offer from Stade de Reims, an agreement has already been reached with Le Havre AC, Foot Mercato understands.

Diawara informed Lyon’s hierarchy in December of his desire to leave the club in January having seen his first-team opportunities heavily limited during the first half of the season. That wish is being listened to amid interest from Ligue 1 rivals.

Foot Mercato understands that OL have even come to an agreement with two clubs: Le Havre Swiss side Servette. Both offers are for a straight loan without any option to make the move permanent, unlike the offer submitted by Reims, which does include a purchase clause.

However, the player, looking to make the right step in his career, is giving himself time to make a decision on his future. All the while, other clubs are showing an interest in the young French midfielder.
