Despite a valiant effort against PSG, which resulted in defeat, Lyon will be hoping to return to winning ways in Ligue 1 as they prepare to welcome Brest to the Groupama Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
L’Équipe reports that Paulo Fonseca is set to make 4 changes to his side that suffered defeat to the Ligue 1 champions last time out. One of these changes is set to come in defence with Nicolás Tagliafico suspended for the match. Ainsley Maitland-Niles is set to replace the World Cup winner.
In attack, Georges Mikautadze and Alexandre Lacazette should return in place of Ernest Nuamah and Malick Fofana. The most notable change is set to see Thiago Almada make his first start for Les Gones since he signed from Botafogo, replacing Nemanja Matić.
Lucas Perri – Saël Kumbedi, Clinton Mata, Moussa Niakhaté, Ainsley Maitland-Niles – Tanner Tessmann, Corentin Tolisso – Rayan Cherki, Thiago Almada, Georges Mikautadze – Alexandre Lacazette.
