Alexandre Lacazette is suspended for Olympique Lyonnais’ trip to OGC Nice later today, giving Amin Sarr a chance to impress in his absence.

Just three games into the season, and Laurent Blanc is already desperately in need of a victory. Following two defeats, the French manager’s job at Lyon is under threat. However, he goes into the match without talisman Lacazette, who was sent off against Montpellier HSC last week. He is also without first-choice goalkeeper Anthony Lopes, as well as Dejan Lovren.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles will be in the squad for the first time, having completed his free transfer to the Groupama Stadium, however, he is expected to start from the bench. Bradley Barcola, who continues to be strongly linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain, will start out wide.
