Newly promoted to the Premier League side, Luton Town, are in advanced talks to welcome 22-year-old right-back Issa Kaboré on loan from Manchester City, according to L’Équipe.
The Burkina Faso international has spent the last three seasons out on loan at three different clubs: KV Mechelen, ESTAC Troyes and Marseille and it appears that it will be four in a row in terms of consecutive loan spells.
Kaboré, who has been capped 32 time for his country, has received a formal loan proposal from Premier League side Luton Town, who ascended to the English top flight via the Championship play-offs last season.
Kaboré has yet to make a final decision on the move, but Manchester City are understood to have given it the green light. Kaboré spent last season on loan with Ligue 1 outfit Marseille, appearing 29 times for OM under the orders of Igor Tudor. He is still yet to play a single minute for Manchester City.
