Luke Shaw isn’t having a great time at the moment.

Manchester United have just brought in a new left-back in the shape of Alex Telles, and after being a part of the defence that conceded six at home to Tottenham Hotspur, it probably means that his place is under threat.

The worst possible thing to happen in the very next game would be to score an own-goal in the opening minutes.

And erm, well, sorry Luke.

Shaw turned in Emil Krafth’s cross past David De Gea into his own net to give Newcastle the lead after just two minutes.

Manchester United do have previous in this fixture.

It can only get better from here.
