Eight players could leave Hertha Berlin this summer with summer arrival Lucas Tousart among the names that could leave the Bundesliga club, according to Kicker.
The contracts of Peter Pekarik, Niklas Stark, Lukas Klünter and Kevin-Prince Boateng will all expire at the end of the season and won’t be extended.
French midfielder Tousart, who joined the club in 2020 for €25m is reportedly a high earner and could leave the club alongside Alexander Schwolow, Marvin Plattenhardt and Davie Selke.
Hertha also aren’t clear of relegation just yet. They occupy the relegation playoff and should they drop down to the 2. Bundesliga, no departure can be ruled out.
