Lucas Paquetá admits dreaming of Barcelona after idolising Ronaldinho

Barcelona target Lucas Paquetá has admitted it is his dream to play in Europe and revealed he would like to play for the Catalan giants.

The 21-year-old Flamengo midfielder grew up watching Ronaldinho and later Neymar playing for the LaLiga champions and would love to follow in their footsteps.

Inisisting his current priority is wanting titles with his current club, he would be open to following compatriots Arthur and Malcom to Camp Nou.

Speaking to Fox Sports, he said: “I always followed Barcelona closely because of the players that played there, like Ronaldinho, Neymar, among others, so I would like to play there.

“I’ve always talked with my father about wanting to make history in Flamengo, I want titles, despite being new. I know the responsibility I have and the weight I carry, like any player, I have the dream of playing in Europe.”
