Lucas Biglia’s agent Enzo Montepaone opened up on his client’s future on Monday.
Despite a lack of playing time at age 33, Biglia is not yet ready to call it quits at the San Siro.
“I will arrive in Italy on Wednesday to talk to Milan,” Montepaone said.
“Lucas has pretty clear ideas: he wants to stay at Milan. But we also need to understand what the club’s intentions are, so I will be coming to Italy soon.
Boca Juniors, Marseille, and Chinese Super League squads have all shown interest in Biglia in the past and Montepaone opened up on every rumor.
“Boca Juniors is a very important club that has my and Lucas’ respect, but it’s not the time to go back to Argentina.
“I cannot confirm an interest today (from Marseille), there are other situations at stake like the possible renewal. The priority remains Milan.
“It (China) is a year-old story. A lot of things can happen but he wants to make history with Milan.”
Milan are in sole position of fourth place after their Atalanta’s historic 0-0 draw with Empoli, where Atalanta managed to be held scoreless despite nearly 50 shots.
