In an evening that saw Roma win in comeback fashion at the San Siro, Jose Mourinho’s men were forced to play without two key players in the second half.
Besides Paulo Dybala who walked off the pitch due to cramps, Lorenzo Pellegrini also left the match in the latter stages of the second half.
According to Filippo Biafora of Il Tempo, Pellegrini experienced a minor pain in his leg. The medical staff preferred to not risk him any further.
