Football Manager 2024 is now right around the corner and we’ve dived into the new database to check out the seven Liverpool wonderkids on the game.

The Reds have produced plenty of top talents through their youth academy over the years from Steven Gerrard to Trent Alexander-Arnold and the current crop of youngsters is hugely exciting.

After delving through FMScout, we’ve found the seven wonderkids from Liverpool that you should be on the lookout for.

Luke Chambers

The 19-year-old left-back was handed his senior Liverpool debut this season during the Reds 3-1 triumph over Leicester City in the Carabao Cup. He gained some vital first-team experience while out on loan at Kilmarnock last season and he’s now ready to make an impact at Anfield.

Chambers has an FM potential of 75 and is worth keeping your eye on over the next few years. Chambers joined the Liverpool academy when he was just six years old and he’s got plenty of football ahead of him.

Conor Bradley

The attacking full-back is coming off the back of a tremendous loan spell with Bolton Wanderers where he scored six goals and provided four assists.

Bradley featured in pre-season for Jurgen Klopp’s side, but an injury has kept him sidelined for the past couple of months. We can’t wait to see more of the 20-year-old and with an FM potential of 76, he could be a useful option on the new game.

“Everybody speaks positively about him,” Klopp told reporters. “I think one-and-a-half years ago only a few football nerds would have known about him and now everybody knows him. That’s cool and that’s the first step.

“He is our boy, which I like a lot. A super mentality, which is extremely helpful, and all the rest will come – and we are all pretty sure about that. So, that’s it.”

Stefan Bajcetic

After making his senior debut last season, Liverpool fans quickly got to know Bajcetic. During Liverpool’s midfielder shortage, the Spanish youngster stepped up to the plate and quickly garnered plenty of praise.

After sustaining an adductor injury towards the back end of last season, he’s being slowly eased back into the frame this time around. Boasting an FM potential of 87, Bajcetic is looking like one of the top prospects on the game.

“We were pretty careful with him, because of his age,” Klopp told the club website after Bajcetic had penned a new deal with the club. “He showed now he is ready and for us it is very helpful, with all of his natural skills.”

Harvey Elliott

With an FM potential of 88, Elliott boasts a higher potential than any other Liverpool youngster on the game and for good reason. The dynamic midfielder has already showcased he can make an impact in the Premier League and his best years are still ahead of him.

“Since Harvey is playing for the first team, he’s incredibly consistent,” Klopp told reporters last season. “He started last season incredibly consistent, he was in the team and was probably the standout player early in the season.”

Kaide Gordon

The 19-year-old has had a tough couple of years with injuries, but Liverpool fans will be pleased that he is now on the mend. After barely kicking a football for the last 16 months, Gordon recently made his return with the Liverpool U21s.

Still a huge prospect for the future, Gordon will be hoping that his injury troubles are now a thing of the past. The winger has an FM potential of 83 and is one player worth keeping an eye on.

Ben Doak

We’re already fully on board the Doak hype train and with an FM potential of 89, it’s clear that the developers of the game rate him just as highly. Watch this space.

Bobby Clark

Clark was handed a couple of first-team opportunities by Klopp last season and Liverpool fans will be eager to see more of the 18-year-old. The youngster also made an impression in pre-season and boasts an FM potential of 82 on the new game.

“It’s a great time to be a young footballer here,” Clark told the Liverpool website in the summer. “I’ve been working hard in the summer and I keep trying to get fitter. I just want to show the manager what I can do. Hopefully I can get more chances.

“It’s great, loving it at the moment just doing what I’m doing. Obviously, there’s loads of good midfielders, hopefully I can get some more chances.”
