Liverpool striker Salah reveals 3am warm-down after Anfield heroics

Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah did his warm down at home after their Champions League triumph over AC Milan.

Salah grabbed the equaliser three minutes after the break, latching on to a superb chipped pass from Divock Origi before Liverpool skipper Jordan Henderson completed the turnaround with a sweetly struck volley.

However, the Egyptian forward didn't take long to get back to work, even after experiencing a memorable European night at Anfield.

The 29-year-old posted a picture on his Instagram story of him swimming at 3am on Thursday morning, accompanied with his trademark smile, reports the Liverpool Echo.

Salah is known to be strict with his diet and training regime as he looks to stay in top condition for club and country, and this was just another example of his commitment.
