One of Liverpool’s midfielders would ‘welcome the opportunity’ to play regularly at an interested club, according to Sky Sports News.
As the end of the transfer window approaches, Liverpool are expected to sanction a number of exits, while there could also be arrivals amid the Reds holding an interest in Juventus winger Federico Chiesa.
Midfielder Tyler Morton, who shone last season on loan at Hull City, has once again been in demand and he has interest from Germany’s champions Bayer Leverkusen.
Liverpool are considering loaning out Morton and it is suggested he would ‘welcome the opportunity’ to play for Leverkusen in the Bundesliga.
Morton would also appreciate the chance to play under Liverpool legend Xabi Alonso.
Whether Leverkusen might want an option to buy in the loan deal is unclear, but Liverpool continue to rate Morton highly.
They have though sold a number of young players this summer.
Sepp van den Berg and Fabio Carvalho were sold to Brentford, while Bobby Clark was sold to Red Bull Salzburg.
