Liverpool are reportedly keeping an eye on Olympiacos attacking midfielder Aguibou Camara, according to journalist Giannis Chorianopoulos, as cited by Anfield Edition’s Twitter account.

Olympiacos came up against Fenerbahce at the Karaiskaki Stadium earlier this week. Chorianopoulos has claimed that Liverpool had a scout in attendance to watch Camara.

ANFIELD WATCH VERDICT

Camara is a player that possesses talent. The attacking midfielder has scored five goals and registered two assists in 18 appearances for Olympiacos.

Also, footage of Camara highlights that he is a skillful footballer. The 20-year-old would add depth and quality to Liverpool’s midfield.

Therefore, we would not be against the Reds making a move for the 20-year-old.

Camara’s contract does not expire until June 2025. However, the youngster should not cost much in terms of a transfer fee.

Transfermarkt value Camara at €3 million. Only time will tell if Liverpool are to make a move for the attacking midfielder.
