Atalanta standout Ademola Lookman will be a name many will be watching in these last few days of the summer transfer window. The 26-year-old has been linked to a couple of clubs for a move and this weekend, there’s a sign that a departure could happen.

Paris Saint-Germain are one club rumored to be interested in the Nigerian forward. This week, Sky Sport Germany’s Florian Plettenberg reported that Lookman had reached a verbal agreement with the capital club and is eager to join immediately.

Meanwhile, there’s also Premier League interest, with The Independent recently reporting that Arsenal are keen on Lookman as their pursuit of Nico Williams didn’t go as planned.

Then there’s Liverpool, with journalist Graeme Bailey reporting that Liverpool might intensify their efforts to secure the 2024 UEFA Europa League winner, not wanting to miss out.

Amid the ongoing rumors, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano relayed the news regarding Lookman. Atalanta play against Torino on Sunday and the forward isn’t part of the squad for the contest. As a result, it leaves open the speculation that a deal is possible.

Since joining Atalanta in 2022, Lookman has made a significant impact. Last season alone, the 26-year-old played in 45 matches, showcasing his impressive skills by scoring 17 goals and providing 10 assists.
