A glorious Premier League title race concludes on Sunday, with Liverpool hoping to pip Manchester City to the post as they host Wolves.

The Reds are a point behind Pep Guardiola's men, and head into the final matchday in barnstorming form, having won 15 of their previous 17 Premier League outings (drawing the other two).

A much-changed Reds side secured a 2-1 comeback win over Southampton last time out, although we can expect a more familiar set-up this weekend, despite the Champions League final coming less than a week after Sunday's clash.

Here's how Liverpool could shape up against a Wolves side in dire form.

GK: Alisson - One of the two players to keep their place in the side that played the Saints last time out, the Brazilian shot-stopper will of course retain his spot here, too. RB: Trent Alexander-Arnold - Joe Gomez will be out of contention after sustaining a knock at St. Mary's but, in any case, Alexander-Arnold would have come back into the lineup. CB: Joel Matip - The unlikely source of the winning goal in midweek to make it two in two, Matip should be in line third successive Premier League start. CB: Ibrahima Konate - Virgil van Dijk is one big-name doubt for this weekend's clash and, with that trip to Paris looming, Klopp will likely opt to use Konate rather than risk his main defender. LB: Andy Robertson - Kostas Tsimikas has had a really impressive week in Liverpool colours but Robbo should be set to return to the side. CM: Naby Keita - Came onto the pitch for a very brief stint on Tuesday but should be given a role from the off here. CM: Jordan Henderson - Fabinho is another player nearing a return but will likely not be ready for a start here, so Henderson should be set to take up his position at the heart of the side. CM: Thiago - Has been stellar over the course of the last few months and is definitely in Liverpool's strongest XI.RW: Sadio Mane - The Balon d'Or contender will likely be reinstated as the Reds put out a more familiar side for this one. ST: Roberto Firmino - With Mohamed Salah also doubtful for Sunday's game Firmino, who put in a great display in midweek, could retain his place in the front line. LW: Luis Diaz - His first few months as a Liverpool player have probably gone better than he would have dreamed of - deserves another start this weekend after being rested last time out.
