Mohamed Salah’s future at Liverpool is uncertain, as his contract expires next June. There have been whispers linking the star winger to Paris Saint-Germain, raising questions about whether the veteran could be leaving in a few months.
Reports from Fichajes indicate that PSG manager Luis Enrique is eager to bring Salah to the French club, aiming to keep him competing at the highest level in European football.
As Salah nears the possibility of free agency, Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher believes he will opt to stay at Anfield. Carragher thinks Salah is focused on solidifying his legacy by breaking as many records as possible with Liverpool.

Mohamed Salah’s future at Liverpool is uncertain as his contract expires at the end of the season, and Saudi clubs are showing interest along with the PSG links.
Steven Gerrard, who manages Al-Ettifaq in the Saudi Pro League, might face Salah next season if the Egyptian decides to move. However, Gerrard has expressed his desire for Salah to remain at Liverpool and praised the 32-year-old’s dedication to his craft.
“I am not surprised [by Salah’s longevity] because I think he is obsessed with the game and I think you can see the body shape, the routines you can see, I obviously follow his social media and I always talk to people [about him],” Gerrard said on Redmen TV’s 12-hour stream to raise money for Zoe’s Place (h/t TEAMTalk).
“I always pick John’s (Achterberg, Al-Ettifaq goalkeeping coach who used to work at Liverpool) brain on a daily basis and he says he [Salah] was really obsessed to be the best. He wants to break records and he wants to be remembered as the best, so I am not surprised in terms of how he approaches his profession. I think he is going to be one of these players that we will all appreciate even more when the day eventually comes that he moves on.
“I still think we’ll get a couple of years out of Mo Salah, he will deliver for many more years because of his shape, his professionalism, so I hope he stays. I hope we get more out of him and I am not surprised because the ones who are obsessed with the profession [succeed].”
