Liverpool eyeing attacking shake-up for next season | OneFootball

Liverpool are planning on utilising Harvey Elliott more as part of the first team next season after being impressed with what they saw from the attacker on loan at Blackburn Rovers in the Sky Bet Championship last year.

The young attacker looks a really top talent in the making and Liverpool will feel as though they’re quite lucky to be working with him and being able to bring him through.

Indeed, he was superb for Rovers last season as he racked up the goals and assists and it looks as though those displays in the Championship are going to pave the way for him to be involved more next year in the Reds’ first team.

ANFIELD WATCH VERDICT

Elliott is a really good young player and it’s going to be exciting to see him involved more with the Reds next season as the club goes about trying to keep him going up that ladder of progression.

Of course, he’ll be playing second fiddle to the likes of Mo Salah but having him as a real unpredictable option off of the bench and available for rotation could see him become the Reds’ secret weapon.
