Both sides are set to play on Monday 7th of March to decide who will host Liverpool at their stadium.

The pair both are currently playing in the Championship with Huddersfield currently sitting in 3rd place while Forest are in 9th position, pushing for the play-off places.

The last time Liverpool faced off against the Terriers was in 2019 when Klopp's side won 5-0 in the Premier League.

Meanwhile, Liverpool haven't played Forest since 1999, a game that resulted in a 2-2 draw.

The other draws in the competition are as followed:

Middlesborough vs Chelsea

Anfield Watch Verdict

As a fan, this is the perfect draw. The only other Championship side is Middlesborough who have already knocked out Manchester United and Tottenham this season.

It will by no means be an easy game but it is definitely on the easier end of the other possible fixtures.

If Liverpool progress past the quarter-final stage, which is set to take place on the 18th/19th/20th/21st March, then they will be taking another trip to Wembley for the semi-finals.

With the likes of Manchester City and Chelsea still in the competition, the Reds don't have a smooth road to the final either.

However, we have seen a lot of upsets in the FA Cup this season and it's a real possibility that the Saints and the Boro can cause a massive upset.

Whatever happens, if Liverpool take this competition seriously then they can keep their quadruple hopes alive.
