During the winter transfer window, Goncalo Inacio was frequently associated with Liverpool.
According to sources from Portugal, the Reds were even getting ready to make a signing offer for him.
Liverpool are expected to sign the defender in the summer, according to the most recent media speculations.
The Sporting CP central defender has been watched by the Reds for a while, and now they have the opportunity to finally sign him, according to Sports Zone (via Sport Witness).
With a 60 million euro (£51.3 million) release clause in his contract, Inacio has been offered to the Merseysiders by the Lions.
