Young Barcelona centre-back Ronald Araujo is attracting interest from several clubs in Europe.

The 22-year-old has impressed this season in the heart of the Catalan giants' defense.

However, Sport reports that Araujo is in the middle of negotiating a new deal with the club, given his present one expires in the summer of 2023.

While there is a will to renew on both sides, Araujo may be tempted by interest from Premier League giants Chelsea and Liverpool.

Barcelona may have to up their financial offer to the defender to convince him that his future lies in Catalonia.
