Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp won't rule out buying a new midfielder before the market shuts.

Thiago Alcantara, Naby Keita, Curtis Jones and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are all on the Reds injury list.

Klopp said this morning: "If there was the right player and an opportunity we would have done it, we would have done it, but I don't see it because we have had many talks already and it doesn't look like anything will happen.

"I am happy with the strength, size and quality of my squad but we have injuries.

"There are plenty of solutions for that. One of them is the transfer market, but it only makes sense if you can bring in the right players."
