Lille OSC will be without Adam Ounas and Nabil Bentaleb when they come up against Stade de Reims on Tuesday. The match was moved to midweek due to the ongoing Rugby World Cup with matches being held in the Stade Pierre Mauroy.

Neither Bentaleb nor Ounas have recovered from their respective injuries to be able to feature against Will Still’s side. Ounas suffered a thigh injury against Rijeka in August and he is yet to make his return. Paulo Fonseca has said that it is even unlikely that he’ll feature against RC Lens in the derby on 8th October. A return after the international break looks the most likely scenario for the forward, who had begun the season brightly.

Bentaleb is also out of the tie against Reims. He is recovering from a calf injury but should be fit to train with the group after Sunday’s match against Le Havre. Like Ounas, Bentaleb may not feature for Les Dogues until after the international break.
