Miles Lewis-Skelly has signed a new long-term contract at Arsenal.
The Gunners were eager to extend the 18-year-old's contract amidst interest from Real Madrid and other European clubs this summer.
Lewis-Skelly signed his first professional contract with Arsenal in 2023 and made his senior debut at the Emirates early in the 2024/25 campaign.
He went on to make 39 appearances in all competitions last season and scored his first goal in the Gunners' 5-1 victory over Man City in February.
Lewis-Skelly also won his first England senior cap in March 2025 and is currently playing at the U21 European Championship following a breakthrough campaign.
Speaking on his new deal, the 18-year-old said: “I’m so proud and happy. I know those words are simple, but I think they sum up how I feel signing for this club. I’m a fan and it’s like a dream come true.
“I've embodied the values of Hale End and come through. I've still got a lot of years ahead of me, so if I can keep staying humble and being a good person, that's the most important thing to me.
“I know I've taken a lot of experience from the games about the positive moments, the mistakes that I've made. I'm definitely more ready now for the next season. I just want to keep learning and keep improving."
Lewis-Skelly joins fellow defender Gabriel in committing his future to the club this summer.
