Robert Lewandowski has seemingly played his final game for Bayern Munich.
The Bavarian giants finished their Bundesliga campaign with a 2-2 draw at Wolfsburg, with Lewandowski scoring the second goal on the day and his 50th of the season.
“It’s very possible that this was my last game for Bayern,” the Poland international said speaking after the game.
“I cannot say that at 100%, but it may have been [my last game]. We want to find the best solution for me and for the club.”
Earlier today Munich director Hasan Salihamidžić confirmed that the 33-year-old had expressed his intention to leave the club.
With Erling Haaland already moving to Man City, it would seem that summer 2022 is going to be a big one for world-class strikers.
