Leroy Sané has revealed the two best players he has ever played alongside, though one of his picks does not play for Manchester City.
Pep Guardiola’s side raced to the Premier League title last season playing some swashbuckling football with a host of star names.
However, despite playing alongside Kevin De Bruyne and Sergio Agüero, it is actually David Silva and an Arsenal player who Sané has enjoyed playing alongside most.
Taking part in a Q&A on Twitter, the speedy winger was asked who is the best player you have played with and against, and he revealed Mesut Özil and Silva.
The selection of his former Germany team-mate was explained shortly after, when he replied to another query.
Özil is such an awesome friend and football player. I would have liked to continue playing with him for a while longer.
City, top of the table by two points, next travel to West Ham on November 24th following the upcoming international break.
Oh, and the hardest player he has faced?
Kyle Walker.
